Angel of Intention


This lesson will help you learn from a situation that didn’t turn out as you hoped.

You’ll set your intentions deliberately for the next time there is a similar situation. For this lesson, you’ll follow along to paint an angel.  You’ll journal inside of your angel’s wings.

Angels help you feel safe, protected, supported and nurtured. I love painting angels of intention for different purposes and do it often.

Before you get worried about doing your self-portrait, let me assure you that this is fun, easy and meaningful. You’ll create a portrait and then choose a truth to add to it. (I supply different options in a printable for this lesson.)

In this lesson, you’ll define your boundaries and expectations in relationships.

Weak boundaries results in resentment, anger, exhaustion and ultimately, isolation. It’s uncomfortable to create and keep healthy boundaries, especially for people pleasers who are scared to risk a relationship or make people angry.
